From our essential level to in-depth bespoke reporting, we understand the value reporting provides to clients.
Our reporting provides a live snapshot of the client’s account. At any time, we can present on cost, size, weight, number of collections, waste streams, recycling percentage, recovery percentage, and carbon reductions.
When tailored to a specific client we can provide a benchmark of usage, enabling reporting on high usage sites to identify any issues that need to be addressed and work on continuous improvement.
Bespoke reporting on multi-sites is exceptionally valuable. For clients that Waste King provides total waste management (bulk waste, trade waste, and clinical) we can report on any changes, build seasonal models, and provide insight into cost reduction via increased recycling and segregated waste streams.

How We Have Helped
Our client, The Fremantle Trust is an example of how reporting can benefit clients. Over 18 months we reduced their waste management cost, increased recycling by identifying Care Homes outside of the benchmark criteria and worked with these homes to increase recycling and implement separate food waste disposal, resulting in 28.7 tonnes of food waste from the general waste stream.
We propose that a monthly meeting is scheduled so that the report can be presented by the client’s Account Manager and discussed.
All reporting is overseen by our in-house Technical member of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM).
